*SOn April 6, at the provincial citizen reception office, comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee chairedregular citizen receptionApril 2022.

At the meeting, the Citizen Reception Council considered the request of Mr. Nguyen Dang Che, native of Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, currently residing in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city, to request the allocation of a land plot of about 100 m2 within the administrative boundary of Ha Huy Tap ward (however, the residents of this area are managed by Hung Loc commune) without auctioning the land use rights.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct that if there are related issues that need to be resolved beyond the authority of the Vinh City People's Committee, the relevant departments and branches must quickly intervene and promptly carry out procedures to hand over land to Mr. Nguyen Dang Che.

Through the citizen reception session, comrade Nguyen Van Thong also hoped that Mr. Nguyen Dang Che, with his goodwill as in the past, would continue to share difficulties with all levels and sectors and coordinate with the Vinh city government so that the legitimate aspirations of him and his family would be realized as soon as possible; thereby, the responsibility of the government at all levels towards the meritorious people would also be soon fulfilled.

*NOn the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay New Year of Laos, a delegation of Nghe An province led by comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, visitedvisit and congratulate Hua Phan province.

On behalf of the Party Committee, government and people of Nghe An province, comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh thanked Hua Phan province for the thoughtful and warm welcome, and at the same time, presented gifts and congratulated the Party Committee, government and people of Lao ethnic groups in Hua Phan province on the occasion of the traditional Bunpimay New Year.

*SAfter 1 month of calling for support for the consumption of Ky Son ginger specialty, by April 6, farmers' associations in the province had supported the consumption of 60 tons. Of which, many commune-level farmers' associations had supported the consumption for the second time, with tons of ginger; the provincial Department of Industry and Trade also supported the consumption of 700 kg.

However, up to this point, Ky Son district (Nghe An) still has about4,500 tons of specialty ginger have not been sold yet. There is a risk that hundreds of hectares of ginger will re-sprout, affecting quality.

*DTo prepare for the opening of Cua Lo town tourism in 2022 on the night of April 8, 2022, the Town People's Committee directed the wards to notify all owners of 4-wheel electric vehicles in the area, starting from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 8, 2022,must stop operating on the routesinner city areas to serve the opening of tourism in 2022. Any cases that do not comply and continue to operate during the above time will be handled by the authorities according to regulations.

This is the first time the contest has been held at the primary level and takes placeIn the context of the complicated developments of the Covid-19 epidemic, primary education institutions are implementing the old curriculum in grades 3, 4, and 5, while implementing the 2018 general education curriculum in grades 1 and 2.

After nearly 1 month of organization, 275 contestants completed the Presentation of measures to improve the quality of class management work and the practical exam, reaching a rate of 100%.
