If we divide it clearly, in Nghe An, each region has a different accent, with different tones and intonations. The differences are so great that even in the same province, people from Vinh city sometimes have difficulty understanding what Nghi Loc people say, or people from Hung Nguyen are somewhat confused when listening to Thanh Chuong people talking; and even people in the same district but in different communes sometimes cannot understand each other.
