The Investigation Security Agency of Yen Bai Provincial Police is investigating a criminal case: Illegal transportation of explosives occurring in Dong Tam village, My Gia commune, Yen Binh district, Yen Bai province on December 30, 2020; Illegal use of explosives and Violation of regulations on resource exploitation occurring in Lang Ray village, Cam Nhan commune, Yen Binh district from October to December 2020.

Based on collected documents and evidence, on April 5, the Investigation Security Agency of Yen Bai Provincial Police issued a DecisionprosecuteThe People's Procuracy of Yen Bai province approved the Decision to prosecute the above defendant.
Regarding the case, previously, the Investigation Security Agency of Yen Bai Provincial Police arrested 9 subjects for the crimes of "Illegal transportation and use of explosives" and "Violating regulations on resource exploitation".Specifically, at 12:45 p.m. on December 30, 2020, in Dong Tam village, My Gia commune, the working group of the Investigation Security Department, Yen Bai Provincial Police caught Bui Minh Duc, born in 1969, residing in group 11, Yen Binh town, red-handed for illegally transporting explosives. They seized 294 kg of explosives and 400 detonators on the spot.
Expanding the investigation, the Investigation Security Agency of Yen Bai Province Police determined: Taking advantage of the contract to blast rocks to make a road to the mine at Nui Ngang, Lang Ray village, Cam Nhan commune, Yen Binh district, Lang Duc Han, Director of Ngoc Tam Trading Company Limited and his accomplices used nearly 3 tons of explosives to illegally mine lead and zinc ore in existing tunnels at Nui Ngang mine with a total volume of more than 1,000 tons, appropriating over 2 billion VND.
