After the survey, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh - Director of Handetour Travel Company based in Hanoi, Head of Famtrip said: Compared to other localities in the region, Nghe An has many advantages to attract a large number of visitors to visit and relax every year. Tourist destinations in Nghe An are also diverse, from eco-tourism, community tourism, sea tourism and spiritual tourism. However, what Nghe An is lacking and weak at present is that the facilities and infrastructure serving visitors at tourist destinations have not been invested in a synchronous manner.

Mr. Tuan Anh cited that in the Thanh Chuong tea island area, the boat dock is still very rudimentary and especially the life jackets for tourists still do not meet the needs, especially for large groups of tourists. Or the check-in points and trendy photo spots are still very few, making it difficult to create attraction for young tourists.

Some businesses also assessed that Ngu Island in Cua Lo Town is a destination that can attract a large number of tourists, but there are still no boats or high-speed canoes that can meet the travel needs of tourists visiting the island. At the same time, they also reported that street vendors still bother tourists.

In particular, known as one of the largest biosphere reserves in the world, but the promotion and exploitation in Nghe An have not been carried out in a commensurate manner. Because this is one of the favorite destinations of international tourists.

Recently, the leaders of the People's Committee of Cua Lo Town have also directed localities and tourism businesses to improve services and organization methods, contributing to building the image and brand of friendly and hospitable Cua Lo tourism. However, due to a long period of being affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, the restoration of tourism activities still faces many difficulties.
