Quynh Luu is also famous for its rich tradition and culture, reflected in its rich historical and cultural relic system with 193 relics listed in the inventory, of which 33 relics are ranked (15 national relics, 18 provincial relics). The coastal area has famous sacred temples, including Quy Linh Temple in Quynh Luong Commune. Quy Linh Temple has a story and the gods worshiped are similar to Con Temple in Quynh Phuong (Hoang Mai Town), which worships the Four Holy Ladies, and is also the resting place of Dai Viet kings on their way to march by sea to defeat the enemy in the South. Not far from Quy Linh Temple is Dong Xuan Temple in Quynh Bang Commune, which is ranked as a national relic. The temple is a place to worship the famous scholar Pham Dinh Toai (1818 - 1901), from Quynh Doi Commune (Quynh Luu), famous for his good education and literary talent, and serving as an official under the Nguyen Dynasty.
