Building a '3 good, 3 no' Party cell in the Con Cuong District Military Party Committee

On April 28, the Con Cuong District Military Party Committee held a conference to review 5 years of implementing Directive 184 of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee and Directive 608 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee on building "3 good, 3 no" party cells.

After 5 years of implementing Directive 184 of the Standing Committee of the Military Region Party Committee and Directive 608-CT/DU of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Military Party Committee on building a "3 good, 3 no" Party cell, the Con Cuong District Military Party Committee has focused on leadership and direction with many policies and measures and organized the implementation, dissemination, learning and implementation with high results.

The District Military Party Committee has included the criteria for building a "3 good, 3 no" Party cell in the plan for building the Party Committee, Party cell, and annual inspection and supervision plan; associated with promoting the implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XII, XIII) and Directive 05 of the Politburo on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle. Thereby, improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party cell; awareness, consciousness, role and responsibility of cadres and Party members are enhanced; internal solidarity and unity are always maintained; cadres and Party members in the entire Party Committee are always assured of their thoughts, clearly identifying their responsibilities, and ready to receive and complete assigned tasks well.

From 2017 to 2021, the Party Committee of the Con Cuong District Military Command was classified as Excellent in completing its tasks; for 5 consecutive years, the unit was awarded the title of Determined to Win Unit and Emulation Flag by the Military Region 4 Command.

In the following years, the Con Cuong District Military Party Committee has set out a number of key tasks; including continuing to do a good job of education, propaganda, raising awareness and responsibility of Party committees and Party members in implementing the construction of "3 good, 3 no" Party cells.

At the Conference, the Con Cuong District Military Party Committee commended 3 individuals with outstanding achievements in 5 years of implementing Directive 184 and Directive 04 on building "3 good, 3 no" Party cells./.
