(Baonghean.vn) - Petitioning to National Assembly deputies, voters of Dien Chau district requested the National Assembly to supervise the action programs of National Assembly deputies, and at the same time have a mechanism to monitor the settlement of voters' petitions and reflections more effectively.

This is a voter contact program before the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly, scheduled to open on the morning of May 23 and close on June 17, 2022.
At this session,National Assemblywill consider and pass 5 draft laws and 4 draft resolutions. The session gave opinions on six draft laws, including the Law on Domestic Violence Prevention and Control (amended); the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation; and the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment (amended). In addition, the National Assembly supervised and decided on many important issues related to the socio-economy and the State budget, etc.
Next, in the spirit of democracy, openness and frankness, voters expressed many thoughts and aspirations as well as proposed many issues arising in practice.

VotersPham Van Nam (Dien Trung commune) expressed his excitement at the innovations in the activities and many macro-level decisions of the National Assembly that have promoted the overall development of the country as well as resolved many difficult and urgent problems from practice.
In addition, voter Pham Van Nam also expressed concerns about a number of problems and concerns from the grassroots that have not been well resolved. Therefore, he suggested that the National Assembly continue to innovate its activities, have mechanisms to monitor and direct the resolution of voters' recommendations and reflections at meetings in a more satisfactory and timely manner. At the same time, there should be a mechanism to monitor the action programs of the delegates that were built in the last election, contributing to improving the quality and sense of responsibility of the delegates to truly represent the voices and interests of the voters and the people.

The issue that voters of the four communes of Dien An, Dien Trung, Dien Tan, and Dien Thinh expressed their concerns about at the conference was related to the issue of new issuance and exchange of Land Use Right Certificates, which still had many problems; compensation prices when reclaiming people's production land were still low; compensation for site clearance for people related to the National Highway 1A Project was still slow; the National Assembly was requested to study and resolve the issues for the people.
Voter Ho Trung Thong (Dien Trung commune) raised the issue that after the merger, the number of households and population in hamlet 6 and the hamlet cultural house currently do not meet the requirements; therefore, all levels need to have a mechanism to provide land and support funding to build a cultural house after the merger.

Voter Hoang Thi Huong (Dien Tan commune) reflected that the chairmen of special associations at the commune level currently do not receive allowances and there are currently no relevant guiding documents to have a basis for implementation; requesting the National Assembly to study and resolve the issue.
Many issues related to health insurance regime; martyr worship regime; regime for youth volunteers; attention to the quality of people's court trials and the settlement of citizens' complaints and denunciations... were also mentioned, reflected and proposed by voters to the National Assembly, the Government, and central ministries and branches for research and solutions.

Strengthening dialogue with the people
At the end of the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Ms. Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee thanked the voters for their frankness and responsibility in reflecting many practical issues.
Affirming to continue to study all opinions and proposals of voters and report to the National Assembly and relevant levels, delegate Vo Thi Minh Sinh also shared the difficulties and concerns of voters related to land issues, and informed that this is also an issue that the National Assembly is concerned about, expected to be included in the agenda of the next session for discussion, amendment and supplementation to better ensure the legitimate rights and interests of the people.

Regarding many issues under local authority; delegate Vo Thi Minh Sinh requested the Party Committee, the government of Dien Chau district and the communes to increase public receptions in conjunction with enhancing dialogue with the people to promptly resolve arising issues, instead of waiting for the voters' meetings to reflect; requested the District Fatherland Front Committee to supervise the work of handling complaints and denunciations of the people to learn and propose timely remedies for existing problems in this work in the locality.
