National Assembly delegates meet voters in 4 communes of Que Phong district
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 4, National Assembly deputies elected in Unit 2, including Major General Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's National Defense and Security Committee and Mr. Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, met with voters of Que Phong district.

Also attending were representatives of provincial departments and branches, leaders of the District Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Que Phong district, leaders and voters of 4 communes of Hanh Dich, Dong Van, Thong Thu and Tien Phong.
On behalf of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province, Major General Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security informed voters about the expected content and program of the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly.

Accordingly, the session will open on May 23, 2022 and end on June 17, 2022, considering and approving 5 draft laws: Law on Mobile Police; Law on Cinema (amended); Law on Insurance Business (amended); Law on Emulation and Commendation (amended) and Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Intellectual Property.
In addition, National Assembly deputies spent time considering and approving 4 draft resolutions: Resolution on piloting a model of organizing labor activities, career guidance, and vocational training for prisoners outside prison; Resolution on the 2023 Law and Ordinance Development Program, adjusting the 2022 Law and Ordinance Development Program; Resolution on promulgating the National Assembly Session Regulations (amended) and Resolution on piloting a number of specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Khanh Hoa province.

The session also reviewed and discussed socio-economic issues, the State budget, supervision and other important issues, including reports on additional assessments of the results of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in 2021; the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the State budget in the first months of 2022. Approval of the 2020 State budget settlement; Report on thrift practice and waste prevention in 2021; review and decide on extending the application period of Resolution No. 42/2017/QH14 dated June 21, 2017 on piloting bad debt settlement of credit institutions....
At the conference, voters of 4 communes of Que Phong district reflected many opinions, concerns and worries in various fields to the National Assembly delegates.

Tien Phong commune voters said that the support level for some part-time positions at the commune level is currently lower than the support level for village and hamlet officials, leading to difficulties in performing tasks. They proposed that the National Assembly consider raising the allowance level for part-time officials at the commune level.
In addition, the people of this commune hope that the National Assembly will pay more attention to those who participated in the resistance war before 1972; have a support mechanism for all households assigned to protect forests; restart the Sao Va waterfall irrigation project; consider support policies for village and hamlet officials after their efforts and contributions in the work of preventing and fighting the Covid-19 pandemic, etc.

Voters of Thong Thu commune also requested the National Assembly to consider supporting the issuance of land certificates for households that transferred, donated, or gave away land after January 1, 2008, and to have a separate mechanism for mountainous communes that are particularly difficult to implement Decree 45/2014/ND-CP on land use fee collection...

Speaking at the conference, delegate Vi Van Son - Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates of constituency No. 2, received and promised to fully synthesize and forward relevant opinions out of 26 opinions in 6 groups of content that Que Phong district voters are interested in to the National Assembly and competent ministries and branches.
