U17 SLNA goalkeeper called up to U23 Vietnam
(Baonghean.vn) - Goalkeeper Cao Van Binh - U17 SLNA has just been called up by the Vietnam Football Federation to the U23 team to prepare for the U23 Asian Finals. The National Olympic Football Team will have additional training for the first round of 2022 in Hanoi.

Cao Van Binh grew up from a football training centerSLNABinh was discovered and selected by Nghe An Youth Football Training Center throughNghe An Newspaper Cup Children's Youth Prizetook place in 2016. At that time, this goalkeeper was playing for Dien Chau Children's team.
During his time participating in the youth teams of the yellow team, Binh was always the number 1 goalkeeper in the SLNA U teams. The goalkeeper from Dien Chau won the National U13 Championship with SLNA U13 in 2018; and won a Bronze medal with SLNA U15 in 2020.
Cao Van Binh shared: "I was quite surprised when the Federation called me up to join the Vietnam U23 team to prepare for the U23 Asian Finals. A few months ago, I was also called up to the Vietnam U17 team to train in Germany. I am one of the youngest players called up to the Olympic team this time. Therefore, I will try my best to prove my ability to the coaching staff. I hope I will be included in the Vietnam Olympic team to participate in the biggest youth tournament in the continent."
In addition to Cao Van Binh who has just been called up, U23 Vietnam also has Dang Van Lam, Nguyen Van Viet and Mai Sy Hoang, all of whom are on the yellow team.
It is expected that the goalkeeper born in 2005 will go to Hanoi to join the U23 Vietnam team from May 11 to May 23, 2022.
Cao Van Binh's U17 SLNA will participate in the 2022 national U17 qualifying round from June 6 to June 29, 2022, the final round will be held from August 26 to September 8, 2022.
