Free medical examination and medicine for 600 poor people in Que Phong
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 8, Nghe An Department of Finance coordinated with the Youth Union of Nghe An Department of Planning and Investment, the Youth Union of Nghe An Department of Transport, and Vinh Medical University Hospital to organize the program "May sunshine brings love to the village" in Tien Phong and Muong Noc communes, Que Phong district.

Accordingly, the program examined, consulted, examined and provided free medicine to nearly 600 patients who were elderly and children with especially difficult circumstances in the two communes of Tien Phong and Muong Noc. In addition, the delegation also visited and gave gifts directly to the elderly who could not come to the clinic for direct examination.

This is a very meaningful program because most of the people in Muong Noc and Tien Phong communes are still poor and cannot afford to go to higher-level medical facilities for examination and treatment. It is known that on May 7, 2022, the Delegation organized medical examinations and gave medicine to 600 patients in Quy Chau district. The budget for activities in the two districts is nearly 150 million VND./.
