The 5th Central Conference, 13th tenure took place from May 4 to 10 in Hanoi. At the conference, many important contents were discussed and commented on, such as: Summarizing 10 years of implementing the Resolution of the 6th Central Conference (11th tenure), on continuing to innovate land policies and laws in the period of comprehensively promoting the renovation process; Summarizing 15 years of implementing the Resolution of the 7th Central Conference (10th tenure) on agriculture, farmers and rural areas; Summarizing 20 years of implementing the Resolution of the 5th Central Conference (9th tenure) on continuing to innovate, develop and improve the efficiency of the collective economy; Project on building grassroots Party organizations and Party members; Project on establishing a provincial Steering Committee on preventing and combating corruption and negativity; Report on reviewing the leadership and direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat in 2021 and a number of other important issues...

At the end of the conference, the Provincial Border Guard Party Committee requested Party committees, commanders of departments, offices and all cadres, party members and people in the Command to unify their awareness, actions and effectively organize the implementation of the Resolutions of the 5th Central Conference, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
