At 3:30 p.m. on May 18,truckA car with a Phu Tho license plate was traveling on Ho Chi Minh road in the direction of Thanh Thuy - Thanh An. When reaching An Ngoc village, it lost control, broke a long section of the right embankment and plunged into a ditch nearly 15m deep.

At the scene of the accident, the deformed car looked like "scrap metal", lying in a deep ditch, surrounded by scattered construction materials.
A local resident said: When we heard a loud "bang", we ran over and saw the car lying in the ditch.Drivercrawled out of the car, luckily only minor scratches.
