(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of May 23, in Hanoi, the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly opened. The session is expected to last 19 days. Attending the session, the 15th National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province consists of 13 delegates, of which 6 delegates work at central agencies and 7 delegates reside and work in Nghe An.
