Nghe An: Highlights of May 28th

*On the morning of May 28th, at the regular monthly meeting,The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has given its opinion.Regarding the Draft Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on the digital transformation of Nghe An province by 2025, with a vision to 2030.

According to the draft Resolution submitted to the Provincial Party Standing Committee, digital transformation aims to achieve the comprehensive goals set forth in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, focusing on developing digital databases, creating a foundation for the development of digital government, digital economy, digital infrastructure, and ultimately a digital society.

Linking the digital transformation process with administrative reform aims to improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of state management and the quality of public service delivery by all levels of government; striving to consistently maintain its position among the top 30 provinces and cities with high digital government indices.

*On the afternoon of May 28th, in Vinh City, Nghe An Newspaper organized an event.Launch ceremony for the new interface of Nghe An online newspaper.

Attending the ceremony were: Comrade Le Quoc Minh - Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Editor-in-Chief of Nhan Dan Newspaper, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, President of the Vietnam Journalists Association; Comrade Nguyen The Ky - former Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Chairman of the Central Council for Literary and Artistic Theory and Criticism. Also present were leaders of several central press agencies.

Representing Nghe An province were: Comrade Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, along with other members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

The Nghe An Newspaper online (baonghean.vn), established in 2008, has undergone two interface and publishing technology upgrades (in 2013 and 2018). However, given the rapid development of technology and the demands of digital transformation in journalism, the Editorial Board of Nghe An Newspaper decided to comprehensively redesign the Nghe An online newspaper from the beginning of 2022, including changes to the interface and publishing system.

*Examadmission to grade 10According to the plan, Vinh University High School for Gifted Students will hold its exam on June 10th, the same day and with the same exam questions as Phan Boi Chau High School for Gifted Students.

According to the school's summary, as of now, the school has received applications from 1,783 candidates for the specialized program and 457 candidates for the high-quality program.

*Recently, the People's Committee of Dien Chau District issued a Decision regarding...Cancel the results of the land auction.and to collect and remit to the State budget the deposit money from customers participating in the auction for land use rights of land plots in the residential planning areas of the communes: Dien Van, Dien Dong, Dien Phuc, Dien Bich, Dien My.

Despite the auction results, investors forfeited deposits totaling over 15 billion VND for 73 land plots in Dien Chau district. This amount was collected and deposited into the State budget as per regulations.
