From June 1, all officials of Nghe An departments and branches connect, integrate and share digital documents.

To carry out the tasks according to Decision 06/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Developing the application of data on population, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030" and the task of connecting, integrating and sharing digital documents, the People's Committee of Nghe An province issued Official Dispatch 3509/UBND-KSTT, assigning tasks to departments, branches and localities to implement.

The official dispatch of the Provincial People's Committee requests departments, branches, sectors and localities to: Strictly implement the tasks of digitizing and reusing the results of digitizing records and results of handling administrative procedures in receiving and handling administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center and One-stop Departments at all levels according to the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in the official dispatches: No. 450/UBND-KSTT dated January 18, 2022; No. 985/UBND-KSTT dated February 17, 2022; No. 2768/UBND-KSTT dated April 20, 2022. Continue to focus on effectively implementing the plan to digitize the results of administrative procedure settlement according to the provisions of Plan No. 526/UBND-KH dated September 17, 2021 of the Provincial People's Committee promulgating the Plan to implement the Project to innovate the implementation of the one-stop shop and inter-connected one-stop shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures in Nghe An province.

On that basis, by June 2022, ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees receiving and handling administrative procedures at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, One-stop-shop Sections of departments, branches and sectors are granted digital certificates;

By December 2022, ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants and public employees receiving and handling administrative procedures at the district-level One-Stop Department are granted digital certificates;

By June 2023, ensure that 100% of cadres, civil servants, and public employees receiving and handling administrative procedures at the Commune-level One-Stop Department are granted digital certificates...
