Announcing decisions on staff rotation in Tuong Duong district
(Baonghean.vn) - The policy of rotating and arranging commune-level Party Committee Secretaries who are not local people has been implemented by Tuong Duong district. Up to now, 14/17 communes and towns have implemented the policy of arranging commune-level Party Committee Secretaries who are not local people, reaching 73.3%.
On June 14, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee announced the Decision on personnel work for comrades transferred to the position of Party Committee Secretary who are not local people in the communes of Mai Son, Nhon Mai, Tam Thai and Luu Kien.

Accordingly, comrade Luong Van Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee of Mai Son commune was transferred to work in Nhon Mai commune, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Nhon Mai commune; comrade Vi Van Hoa - Secretary of the Party Committee of Nhon Mai commune was transferred to work in Mai Son commune, appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, holding the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Mai Son commune.
The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also handed over the transfer decision to comrade Lo Van Huy - Secretary of the Party Committee of Tam Thai commune, who was appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Luu Kien commune; comrade Luong Thanh Son - Secretary of the Party Committee of Luu Kien commune, who was transferred to work in Tam Thai commune, and was appointed to participate in the Party Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of Tam Thai commune.
As of June 14, in Tuong Duong district, 14/17 communes and towns have implemented the policy of arranging commune-level Party secretaries who are not local people, reaching 73.3%. This is a policy to gradually adjust the arrangement of cadres more reasonably, overcome local situations in each locality and unit, and create opportunities for cadres to be trained and challenged in different practices.
According to the plan, in the coming time, the Standing Committee of Tuong Duong District Party Committee will continue to announce the decision on arranging commune-level Party secretaries who are not local people in Yen Thang and Yen Hoa communes./.
