(Baonghean.vn) - Proposing to National Assembly delegates and voters of Tan Ky district to propose the National Assembly and the Government to study and adjust salary levels in accordance with market prices; at the same time, education and training innovation must ensure training goals so that students can have jobs in their trained fields after graduation.

On the afternoon of June 21, continuing the program of meeting voters after the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly, National Assembly deputies, including Mr. Dang Xuan Phuong - Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture and Education; Mr. Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Committee on National Defense and Security; Mr. Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee, had a meeting with voters of Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district. At the conference, on behalf of the National Assembly delegates, Major General Tran Duc Thuan - Standing Member of the National Assembly's Defense and Security Committee reported on the results of the 3rd session of the 15th National Assembly as well as the activities of the National Assembly Delegation of Nghe An province at the session.

Next, voters expressed their thoughts, aspirations, recommendations and proposals related to socio-economic issues, regimes and policies.

Voter Vi Thi Nhung - Principal of Dong Van Kindergarten proposed that the Ministry of Education and Training, in the process of implementing educational innovation, must have a roadmap for each level; the innovation of educational programs must be in the direction of shortening teaching content and must closely follow training objectives so that students can have jobs after graduation and work in the right profession; the innovation of textbooks must ensure stability, can be used for many years, avoid waste and difficulties for people.

Also related to the education sector, some voters suggested that there should not be a "hard" level of health insurance for students, but that it should be flexible according to the conditions of each household, creating favorable conditions for the people.

In the same field of education, the issue that voters of Dong Van commune often propose is related to investing in key transport infrastructure systems in the commune, contributing to promoting local socio-economic development, reducing the gap between inner and outer regions; lowlands and mountainous areas; supporting resources to build Dong Van 1 Kindergarten which is currently using the old, degraded commune headquarters; investing in consolidating the power grid infrastructure system.

Voter Truong Van Anh (Nha Tra hamlet) reflected that the current basic salary is 1.49 million VND/month according to Decree No. 38 of the Government applied from 2019.

However, currently, the cost of living of many goods is "escalating"; current salaries are greatly affecting the lives of officials, civil servants, and workers receiving salaries from the State budget; it is recommended that the Government study and adjust salaries in accordance with market prices.

Many opinions also reflect and recommend that competent authorities study, adjust, and increase allowances for those working in villages and hamlets; ensuring more effective activities at the grassroots level.

Some issues related to investment promotion in building Dong Van industrial cluster; environmental protection; policies for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas; policies for meritorious people... were also mentioned by voters.

At the end of the meeting with voters, Mr. Vi Van Son - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Head of the Provincial Ethnic Minorities Committee received and explained many issues of concern to voters related to salary regime; mechanisms and policies for non-professional staff at the commune level; related to the proposal to recognize Dong Van commune as a poor commune;

Mr. Vi Van Son also informed about 3 national programs on sustainable poverty reduction, new rural construction, and socio-economic development in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
