Listing some cases of former leaders of the Central Government and some provinces and cities who committed violations and had to be disciplined, including criminal prosecution; voter Ngo Duc Luu (Hamlet 1) raised concerns about the inspection, supervision, and detection work that was not timely and effective, and despite violations, they were still promoted to high positions.

The issue that many voters of Nghi Hung commune reflected was related to land management. Voter Nguyen Dinh Hoang - Secretary and Chairman of Nghi Hung commune People's Council reflected on the issuance of Land Use Right Certificates for cases of land allocation beyond authority, although the Provincial People's Committee has issued a decision to remove difficulties, but currently there are still problems. Request the competent authority to remove difficulties, ensure the rights of the people, because the issuance of land beyond authority is the fault of the government, not the people.

The content that many voters reflected was related to the policy of auctioning land use rights without price control, only those with economic means can buy, but many people who really need land to separate households for their children cannot buy; requesting the National Assembly to study to change land policy, to better meet the needs and interests of the people.

Some opinions also reflect the situation of handling administrative procedures for people in granting and exchanging Land Use Right Certificates which is still troublesome for people; proposing to study and support compensation for site clearance for reclaimed land areas, land divided after Decree 64 - 5% of land is divided for people...

Voters recommended that competent authorities should carefully study the transportation route before approving the mine, and if it is not guaranteed, the mine license should be revoked.

Some voters pointed out shortcomings and suggested that all levels pay attention to investing in irrigation systems to ensure local agricultural production; increase allowances for non-professional workers in villages and hamlets; have a reward system for families and individuals who have been commended for their achievements in the resistance wars but have not yet received awards, such as the Family Honor Roll, the Military Exploit Medal, the American-killing Bravery Certificate; support those with merit to improve their housing...
