Pine forest fire in Dien Phu commune (Dien Chau)
(Baonghean.vn) - Dien Thanh Border Guard Station and Nghe An Border Guard coordinated with other forces to participate in fighting forest fires in Dien Phu commune, Dien Chau district.
At 1:15 p.m. on June 28, a forest fire broke out in Hamlet 2, Dien Phu Commune, Dien Chau District.
As soon as receiving the information, Dien Thanh Border Guard Station mobilized forces and fire fighting equipment to the scene to participate in extinguishing the fire.

Due to the hot weather, the fire fighting work encountered many difficulties. As of 5 pm this afternoon, local authorities and forces were trying to clear firebreaks and control the fire from spreading.
Initial damage is estimated at about 5 hectares of forest.
