Mechanism to support study and research costs for domestic doctoral students

Effective from July 20, 2022, Circular 30/2022/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance guides the financial mechanism for implementing the Project on Improving the capacity of lecturers and managers of higher education institutions to meet the requirements of fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training in the period 2019 - 2030.
Accordingly, the state budget supports domestic doctoral students to conduct their thesis, attend seminars and conferences in the fields of Medicine, Physical Education, Sports, and Arts with 20 million VND/student/year; in the fields of Natural Sciences, Engineering, Technology; Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries with 18 million VND/student/year; in the fields of Social Sciences, Economics, Law; Hotel, Tourism, and other fields with 13 million VND/student/year. Support period: During the study period at the training institution (no more than 4 years).
