Military Region 4 Command approved defense exercise plan
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 15, the Military Region 4 Command held a conference to approve the plan for the defense and civil defense area drills in Nghe An province and the defense area drills in Thanh Hoa province in 2022.
Major General Ha Tho Binh - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 chaired the conference. Attending were Lieutenant General Tran Vo Dung - Party Secretary, Political Commissar of Military Region; Major General Le Tat Thang - Deputy Commander of Military Region.
On the side of Nghe An province, there were Senior Lieutenant Colonel Phan Dai Nghia - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Commander of the Provincial Military Command; Senior Colonel Pham Van Dong - Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command.

At the conference, delegates heard the Military Command of Nghe An and Thanh Hoa provinces report on the plan for practicing defense areas and civil defense of the province.

The conference discussed, analyzed, and contributed ideas to supplement and adjust a number of contents suitable to the actual situation of the field plans of each unit in the 2022 provincial defense and civil defense area drills.
Concluding the conference, Major General Ha Tho Binh - Deputy Commander of Military Region 4 highly appreciated the preparations for the 2022 exercise mission of the Steering Committee for the defense and civil defense exercise of Nghe An province and the Steering Committee for the defense and defense exercise of Thanh Hoa province as well as the coordination and cooperation in building the exercise plan of the military units stationed in the area.
The Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 4 emphasized: Units need to promote their combined strength and overcome difficulties to complete the contents of the exercise. Continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement new directives, resolutions and circulars; advise and coordinate with units of the Ministry and Military Region stationed in the area to complete the exercise plan for defense areas and civil defense; Field scenarios; Training drill knowledge for practice frames.
At the same time, it is necessary to fully prepare human resources, facilities, equipment, and technical means for the exercise; practice thoroughly the plans, ensure strictness, quality, and safety in all aspects.
