Decide to let students stay home from school in case of extreme weather, natural disasters, or unusual epidemics occurring in the province. At the same time, arrange make-up classes to ensure the school year schedule framework issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and the Provincial People's Committee.

Thus, with this planning framework, Nghe An will follow the guidance documents of the Ministry of Education and Training and students will return to school at least 1 week before the opening day.
