Searching for suspect who murdered 4 people in his wife's family
Hoa Binh Province Police are searching for Bui Van Phien, 38 years old, on suspicion of using a knife to slash his parents-in-law, child and sister-in-law, causing one victim to die.
The murder occurred in Phong Phu commune, Tan Lac district, on the afternoon of August 25.
Hoa Binh Provincial Police said Phien's mother-in-law died on the way to the emergency room, and three other people were injured.

The police are blocking all roads to arrest the man who fled the area.
Local authorities said that according to initial investigation, the cause of the murder was due to family conflict.
