Suspect in bank robbery in Dong Nai arrested.
Le Huy Dung, 34 years old, was arrested along with a revolver and approximately 600 million VND that he had stolen from Vietcombank in Bien Hoa, Dong Nai.

Early morning on September 11th, Major General Nguyen Sy Quang, Director of the Dong Nai Provincial Police, announced that the provincial police, in coordination with relevant departments, had arrested Le Huy Dung (from Thanh Hoa province) for the crime of...Robbery.
"He confessed to all the crimes and revealed the locations where he hid the guns, money, the vehicle used in the crime, and other evidence," Major General Quang said.
Dong Nai police conducted an urgent search of Dung's residence, escorted the suspect to the location where the gun was hidden, and seized the revolver, the stolen money, and the motorbike used in the crime.

At approximately 3 PM on September 8th, Dung, wearing a jacket, face mask, and a black helmet that completely covered his face, parked his motorbike on National Highway 51 and walked past the bank located near the entrance to the Tam Phuoc Industrial Park, on the opposite side. At that time, there were quite a few customers conducting transactions.
He stood observing, then approached the counter where a male employee was handing out stacks of cash to customers. The robber pulled out a gun (of unknown type) and fired a shot into the air, causing everyone in the transaction room to flee.
Dũng forced the man to give him money (approximately 600 million VND) and put it into a black nylon bag. For over a minute, he repeatedly threatened to shoot him, took the money, put it in the bag, and then ran outside.

Many people shouted, and the robber, while running towards his motorbike, fired his gun. No one dared to chase him. He sped away on his motorbike towards Long Thanh district.
Currently, the Dong Nai Provincial Police are continuing to expand their investigation into the case.
