(Baonghean.vn) - At around 4:30 p.m. on September 11, a group of young men in a taxi stopped in front of house number 32 Ha Huy Tap Street, Vinh City. After getting out of the car in an unconscious state, the group got into an argument.
The clip recording the incident shows: After the young man in the sports shirt got up and kicked the young man lying motionless on the side of the road twice in the face and then turned away, suddenly the young man who had just been kicked stood up, ran to the tree on the side of the road, picked up a rock and ran to throw it hard at the head of the young man who had just hit him, causing the young man to collapse on the spot. The brick also hit the person standing next to him.
