Deputy Minister of Information and Communications appointed Deputy Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee

On the morning of September 13, in Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a ceremony to announce the Secretariat's Decision on personnel work. Attending the ceremony were representatives of the Central Organizing Committee, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province.

Mr. Hoang Dang Quang - Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Secretariat on appointing Mr. Pham Anh Tuan - Deputy Minister of Information and Communications to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, holding the position of Deputy Secretary of Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee, term 2020-2025; introducing him to the People's Council of Binh Dinh province to hold the position of Chairman of Binh Dinh Provincial People's Committee, term 2021-2026. Mr. Pham Anh Tuan (49 years old), from Ky Lam commune, Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province; graduated from the National Economics University, Hanoi and has a PhD in Finance and Banking.

Before being appointed by the Prime Minister as Deputy Minister of Information and Communications in 2019, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan held the positions of General Director, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Post and Telecommunication Joint Stock Insurance Corporation; Deputy General Director, General Director, Chairman of the Board of Members of Vietnam Post Corporation.

Speaking at the announcement ceremony, Mr. Pham Anh Tuan expressed his deep gratitude to the Secretariat, the Central Organizing Committee, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee for introducing and assigning him to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the important position of Deputy Secretary of the Binh Dinh Provincial Party Committee.
