Closing and awarding ceremony of Nghe An Banking Industry Sports Festival 2022
(Baonghean.vn) - After 7 days of exciting, fierce and enthusiastic competition, on the evening of September 18, representatives of the Vietnam Banking Trade Union in Nghe An province held the Closing Ceremony and awarded prizes for the Nghe An Banking Sports Festival 2022.
Attending the event were representatives of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies, the State Bank of Vietnam, Nghe An branch, and many officers and employees of banks in the province.

After 2 years of postponement due to the Covid-19 pandemic,Nghe An Banking Industry Sports Festivalwas organized solemnly and on a large scale in the excitement and expectation of all officers and employees of the banking industry in the area.
The Sports Festival attracted nearly 900 athletes, representing 42 units in the industry competing in 4 sports including: Men's football, women's volleyball, badminton and table tennis. After 7 days of fierce, exciting and dramatic competition, the Sports Festival took place successfully.

This year’s sports festival is considered to be well prepared in all aspects, the quality of the competition content, the team of referees and athletes is much higher than previous years. In addition, there are some innovations and breakthroughs in the organization, in the drawing of lots, and in the competition grouping, creating more drama, surprise and attraction.
The sports festival has brought a healthy and useful playground with the spirit of sportsmanship, enthusiasm, nobility, honesty and solidarity, creating opportunities for exchange and learning, discovering and nurturing sports talents, developing a health training movement and closely connecting units in the banking industry in the area.

At the end of the Sports Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded Cups and prizes to the winning teams of men's football and women's volleyball. The Organizing Committee also awarded Second, Third, and Consolation prizes and some additional prizes to the excellent teams and athletes participating in the tournament.
Regarding the overall results, the first prize belongs to Bac A Commercial Joint Stock Bank, the second prize belongs to VCB Vinh branch and the third prize belongs to VIB Vinh branch.
