At the forum, Prof. Dr., Meritorious Teacher Thai Van Thanh - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Education and Training affirmed that digital transformation has a direct impact on everyone, every household, all fields, both domestically and worldwide.

The problem for the Youth Union and the Education sector is how to gather, orient, educate and support young people in the province to effectively participate in the National Digital Transformation Program.

Accordingly, the target group for gathering, educating, and supporting development is union members, young people, and youth, a large part of whom are students. Therefore, the Youth Union and the Education sector need to have close coordination from the province to each facility for the digital transformation task. Aiming at the goal of forming and developing the qualities and capacities of students, union members, young people, and youth to become digital citizens, global citizens, meeting the requirements of national development and international integration.

Second, our force is the youth, the future human resources of the country, will be present in all areas of social life, so we need to build a comprehensive environment to gather, educate and train. Along with that, we need to build a development environment for each individual to maximize their strengths so that they can confidently participate in all areas of digital government, digital economy and digital society.

In particular, the most prominent are education, training, and support for students, union members, team members, and young people to have digital knowledge and skills, a spirit of innovation, a desire to master science, and start-up initiatives; becoming a high-quality human resource for all sectors and fields.

From there, the Youth Union and the Education sector need to work together to effectively carry out the following tasks: Fully prepare conditions to ensure digital transformation in the education sector. At the same time, direct the synchronous application of information technology and new technology in all stages and basic operating processes of the Youth Union and the Education and Training sector.

At the forum, there were many heated discussions around the issue of digital transformation for youth, students... and proposed specific solutions, focusing on promoting positive factors, good people, good deeds, and beautiful actions on social networks.

Delegate Phan Trong Loc - Member of the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, Director of the Truong Bon Historical Relic Management Board shared solutions to "awaken" the historical value of red addresses on a digital platform. At the same time, building a model of tourism, learning about history and culture through 3D virtual reality applications, VR technology with intuitive and attractive images. These will be "tools" to effectively support the construction of tourism products to attract visitors to the relics, while spreading the value of heritage and history, contributing to preserving and promoting the great value of the relics.
