(Baonghean.vn) - Updated information from 3 wards Nghi Huong, Thu Thuy and Nghi Thu of Cua Lo town, by the morning of September 30, 16 business households in the park area east of Binh Minh street voluntarily completed the clearance of kiosks and parking lots ahead of schedule.

According to Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tuyen - Chairman of Thu Thuy Ward People's Committee, as of the morning of September 30, Thu Thuy Ward has completed the dismantling of 6 kiosks that business households voluntarily registered to clear ahead of schedule (including 2 parking lots No. 2 and No. 5 at the artificial football field and in front of the Trade Union Hotel). Thu Thuy Ward has also completed the liquidation of contracts with all 105 business households in the park area to the south.East of Binh Minh Street.

“Currently, many businesses have organized to move their business equipment, tables and chairs home, and registered to dismantle and clear their premises. However, due to the rain in the past few days, the dismantling of their kiosks has not been organized yet...” - Chairman of Thu Thuy Ward People's Committee informed.

In Nghi Thu ward, up to now, 5 kiosks that were voluntarily cleared ahead of schedule have been dismantled (including kiosk 84/1 Minh Tuan, kiosk 96 Son KaKa, kiosk 106 Hai Duc, kiosk 124 - 125 Quang Yen and parking lot number 3); at the same time, the contract between the ward and 29 business households in the park area east of Binh Minh street (a total of 56 business households) has been liquidated.

According to Mr. Cao Anh Hung - Chairman of Nghi Thu Ward People's Committee, "Currently, in Nghi Thu, many more business households have moved tables, chairs, and items back and registered to dismantle and clear the area. However, due to bad weather and rain, the ward has not been able to help the business households dismantle. Because the coastal area managed by the ward has a large amount of duckweed and garbage from upstream, tomorrow (October 1), the entire political system of the ward will coordinate with the border guards to clean up the beach, and at the same time, clean up the environment at the dismantled kiosks...".

In Nghi Huong ward, according to Mr. Tran Tho Dat - Chairman of the ward People's Committee, by September 30, there were 4 business households that voluntarily cleared their premises ahead of schedule and had completed the dismantling of their kiosks (including kiosks No. 157, No. 158, No. 195, No. 196). "More than 10 business households have moved their equipment and registered to dismantle their kiosks. If the weather is dry, the ward will dismantle about 3-4 more kiosks tomorrow. Currently, Nghi Huong ward is organizing the liquidation of contracts with business households..." - Mr. Tran Tho Dat said.

Contacting the People's Committee of Cua Lo town, it is known that on September 30, the leaders of the Town Party Committee and the Town People's Committee are working with the Telecommunications and Postal Companies - these are the units with projects in the park area east of Binh Minh Street. "These two units are very supportive of the policy of clearing projects and kiosks to renovate and change the appearance of Cua Lo beach. Currently, Cua Lo town is promoting the necessary tasks to ensure that Plan No. 143/KH-UBND is completed on schedule..." - Head of Urban Management Department Hoang Nang Hiep discussed.

According to Plan No. 143/KH-UBND dated August 31, 2022 of the People's Committee of Cua Lo town on the implementation of clearing kiosks in the park area east of Binh Minh street and organizing business activities west of Binh Minh street, September 30 is the time when business households in the park area east of Binh Minh street will expire. From this point on, the People's Committees of Thu Thuy, Nghi Huong and Nghi Thu wards will liquidate business contracts and begin to implement the clearance of kiosks in the park area east of Binh Minh street.
