Introducing a comprehensive solution set of digital transformation platforms in Nghe An
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 4, in Vinh city, Nghe An Department of Information and Communications coordinated with Bkav Technology Group to organize a workshop to introduce a comprehensive solution set of digital transformation platforms.
Attending the workshop were comrades: Bui Dinh Long - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Le Ba Hung - Director of the Department of Information and Communications; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, districts, cities and towns of Nghe An province.

Identifying opportunities and challenges in the context of increasing demand for digital transformation, Nghe An province is determined to choose digital transformation to comprehensively and comprehensively change all aspects of socio-economic life.
In recent times, Nghe An province has issued and implemented many key policies, mechanisms, and projects to create a favorable environment for the development of information and communication technology in the province.

In particular, the province issued Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on digital transformation of Nghe An province to 2025, with a vision to 2030, and Plan No. 586/KH-UBND on digital transformation of Nghe An province to 2025.
Resolution of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on Digital Transformation of Nghe An province to 2025, with a vision to 2030, will deploy the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society; link the digital transformation process with administrative reform to improve the quality, effectiveness, efficiency of state management and the quality of public service provision of authorities at all levels; strive to always maintain a position in the group of 25-30 provinces and cities with high indexes of digital transformation.

Digital transformation is one of the strategic goals for socio-economic development of Nghe An province. This is a big, difficult and complicated task, so it requires a lot of discussion and agreement on a clear methodology.
Therefore, Nghe An is looking for reputable, experienced, and methodical technology units to help plan, design, and propose appropriate measures and implementation tools to help the province successfully carry out digital transformation.

At the workshop, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quang - Chairman of Bkav Technology Group introduced an overview of the digital transformation methodology. To solve the digital transformation problem of Nghe An, Bkav Technology Group introduced the Data-Centric methodology (taking data as the center). This is also the philosophy for Bkav to build and develop the overall solution set of digital transformation platforms Bkav DX.
With the Data-Centric approach, agencies and organizations will focus on planning and designing data, then use tools that are the core platforms of the Bkav DX solution set, combined with new technology applications, and can switch to data-based operations.

Bkav DX has the ability to customize configuration by combining 17 platforms, which can respond equivalently to thousands of software without the need for programming.
“BKAV DX Total Solution Set of Digital Transformation Platforms” aims at a more comprehensive and clearer view of digital transformation; meeting the needs of digital transformation at agencies, units and localities, contributing to promoting the successful implementation of digital transformation.
