Man drowns in field while fishing
(Baonghean.vn) - After a night of searching, authorities and people of Thanh Lien commune (Thanh Chuong) discovered the body of Mr. Nguyen Trong Duong (59 years old) in the middle of a flooded field.
According to information from Mr. Duong's family, at noon on October 6, he went to the field to cast a net to catch fish, but by late afternoon he had not returned. His family was shocked and went looking for him and reported the incident to the People's Committee of Thanh Lien commune.

Immediately after that, Thanh Lien commune mobilized functional forces along with canoes, boats, etc. to coordinate with local people to search for Mr. Duong. However, in the dark, the search for Mr. Duong in the vast flooded fields was quite difficult.
On the morning of October 7, the water in the field had receded more than last night, and authorities and local people discovered Mr. Duong's body in the middle of Treo field in Thanh Lien commune, right in front of his house.
