During the implementation of Decree 34, due to the merger of villages, the area is large, the population is large, but the allowances are still low, the allowances for the positions of branch president and branch secretary have not been raised, so it is difficult for village cadres to feel secure in their dedication.

Voters asked delegates to advise the Government to continue amending Decree 34/2019 of the Government to increase the allowance level for full-time cadres working in villages, hamlets, and residential groups commensurate with the assigned tasks.

Voter Vi Van Duong in Hung Thanh village, Thanh Son commune reflected that currently after merging blocks and hamlets, the population size has increased but the old cultural house does not meet the area requirements, therefore, there needs to be a solution to support the locality to build cultural houses; consider increasing the regime for party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and heads of the front work committee.

In addition, many voters also recommended support and training regimes for members of grassroots organizations and unions.

The Trai Lat - Cay Chanh road project has an investment capital of more than 200 billion VND, of which only 50 billion VND has been allocated.
