(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of October 8, in Hanoi, during the working program with the group of female National Assembly deputies of the 15th term of Vietnam, towards the 92nd anniversary of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2022), the delegation of female leaders and managers, female National Assembly deputies and People's Council deputies of Nghe An province led by comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the group of female National Assembly deputies and Provincial People's Council deputies, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province held a ceremony to report achievements and visit Uncle Ho's Mausoleum.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always cared about and highly appreciated the role of Vietnamese women in society, in the struggle for national independence as well as in building and defending the Fatherland. He once advised: "To build socialism, we must truly liberate women and respect women's rights."

At the reporting ceremony, on behalf of the delegation, Chairwoman of the group of female National Assembly and Provincial People's Council deputies, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province Vo Thi Minh Sinh reported to Uncle Ho the results and achievements of female leaders, female National Assembly deputies and Provincial People's Council deputies of Nghe An province in the past time.

In the sacred moment, the delegates expressed their infinite gratitude to the great leader of the Vietnamese people; vowed to forever remember his teachings, continue to strive to excel, compete to achieve achievements in studying and following the ideology, morality and noble style of President Ho Chi Minh, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development goals of Nghe An province and the country.

On the same morning, Major General Bui Hai Son - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Group 969, Commander of the Mausoleum Protection Command, Acting Head of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Management Board received a delegation of female leaders, female National Assembly deputies and People's Council members of Nghe An province.

Talking to the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command, comrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh said that Nghe An is the first province in the country to establish a group of female National Assembly and People's Council deputies.

Although newly established, the group has been supporting the poor, sponsoring orphans... Currently, Nghe An has more than 12,000 orphans, of which more than 6,000 are in especially difficult circumstances. In the past, the group has called on organizations and philanthropists to sponsor more than 1,000 children; directly contributed by group members and in many other forms, more than 660 million VND has been raised to sponsor the children.

Thanking the Mausoleum Management Board for their thoughtful welcome, the Chairwoman of the group of female National Assembly Deputies and the People's Council of Nghe An province congratulated the unit on its achievements, being awarded the title of Hero of the People's Armed Forces in the period of renovation. The unit has always performed well the assigned political tasks, especially the work of preserving and maintaining Uncle Ho's body.

Along with that, the Management Board has promoted, introduced and ensured the implementation of rituals, security and safety of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum area, architectural works in Ba Dinh Square area, and the Monument to Heroes and Martyrs on Bac Son Street, K9.

On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the unit on duty at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Protection Command. The Mausoleum Protection Command presented the comrades in the delegation with Uncle Ho badges.

Previously, on October 7, a delegation of female leaders, female National Assembly deputies and People's Council members of Nghe An province came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at Da Chong Relic Site (K9).

After the ceremony, the delegation visited the K9 Relic Site and listened to an introduction about the life and revolutionary career of President Ho Chi Minh. On this occasion, the delegation presented gifts to officers and soldiers of the unit on duty at the Da Chong Relic Site (K9).
