(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An Provincial People's Committee has just issued urgent dispatch No. 7977/UBND-NC on road closure to organize fire fighting and rescue drills at the provincial level at Lotte Vinh Commercial Center, Ha Huy Tap Ward, Vinh City.
Accordingly, considering the proposal of the Provincial Police in Official Dispatch No. 2687/CAT-PV01 dated October 10, 2022 on the proposal to prohibit the road for serviceOrganize fire fighting and rescue drills at provincial levelAt Lotte Vinh Commercial Center, the Provincial People's Committee banned the following specific road sections:
Close the barrier,prohibit all vehicles from participating in traffic(except for vehicles carrying leaders, officers, soldiers of forces and units participating in the exercise, vehicles of delegates attending the exercise and other priority vehicles according to regulations) entering VI Lenin Street: Section from the intersection of VI Lenin Street with Nguyen Sy Sach Street to the intersection of VI Lenin Street with Pham Dinh Toai Street.

Road closure duration:
- Road closure to organize a general rehearsal of the plan: Starting from 08:00 to 10:00 on October 12, 2022.
- Road closure to organize official plan rehearsal: Starting from 08:00 to 10:30 on October 14, 2022.
