Nghe An mobilizes large forces to practice fire fighting and rescue plans
(Baonghean.vn) - The exercise aims to improve the ability to organize, command, direct, and coordinate operations between forces participating in fire prevention, fire fighting, rescue, and to promote the movement of all people participating in fire prevention and fire fighting in the province.
On the morning of October 14, the People's Committee of Nghe An province organized a Fire Fighting and Rescue Drill at Lotte Vietnam Trade Center, Vinh branch. Attending were representatives of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police, Department of Industry and Trade, Vinh City People's Committee and units directly participating in the drill.

The Steering Committee mobilized 250 members from units of the Provincial Police, Nghe An Water Supply Company, Vinh City General Hospital, Vinh City Electricity and local forces, of which 100 people participated in the escape; 150 people participated in the search and rescue, ambulance, fire fighting and security and order protection; 15 vehicles mobilized for fire fighting and rescue, ambulance, traffic police vehicles and other vehicles and equipment.

Hypothetical situation: A fire broke out at the clothing booth on the 2nd floor of Lotte Shopping Center because while the shopping center was repairing some booths on the 2nd floor, the construction unit was welding and cutting metal without taking measures to ensure fire prevention and fighting safety. Welding slag splashed into the fabric, causing a smoldering fire for a while and creating a large fire...
In just about 20 minutes, firefighters controlled the fire and brought the victims out safely.
At the end of the drill, the Provincial Police leaders acknowledged and commended the forces participating in the drill for completing the objectives, contents according to the program, plan and requirements set by the Steering Committee. At the same time, they hoped that the forces, units, production and business establishments and the entire population would raise the spirit of fire prevention and fighting in the area.
