The 2021-2022 school year was highly appreciated when the Youth Union and Association at all levels proactively and synchronously implemented the work of focusing on political and ideological education, ethics, and cultural lifestyle for union members, students, and pupils; at the same time, effectively promoted the implementation of programs and activities for union members and young people.

The "Youth Volunteer" movement has attracted the participation of a large number of youth union members throughout the province such as: Activities "Voluntary blood donation"Recorded the participation of 6,500 students, collected more than 5,000 units of blood; 40 teams with more than 880 Youth Union members in the Campaign"Green Summer"and programsWinter Volunteering,Spring Volunteer,Support exam season,... the whole province has organized more than 100 volunteer teams, with more than 5,000 youth union members participating. During the tense times of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Youth Union and Association at all levels have always actively mobilized social resources to support students in difficult circumstances to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic; at the same time, practically organized counseling sessions, introductions, and job orientation for union members, students.

In addition, the Youth Union and Association at all levels in the province have effectively promoted the activities of Clubs, groups, teams, and groups; established clubs based on interests and specific fields, organized cultural, artistic, physical education, and sports exchanges. In which the Contest "Startup ideas and projects among youth in 2021"has searched for 9 projects of students and honored to have 3 projects selected to participate in the Central Youth Startup Ideas and Projects Competition 2021. In 2022, the provincial delegation continues to direct the Youth Union and Student Association of Vinh University to continue to implement the "Student Flag-up" competition.

In the series of programs accompanying the Youth, the "5 Good Students" movement is focused on by the Youth Union and Association at all levels with typical activities such as the Forum."5 good students, students who adapt to the pandemic",Cooperate with the Provincial Business Association, Young Entrepreneurs Association, and Youth Development Support Center of Nghe An province to support you in finding jobs and career orientation.
