On behalf of the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front and the National Assembly Delegation of the province, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Thai Thanh Quy sent congratulations to comrade Do Van Chien and comrades in the Standing Committee, leaders, cadres, civil servants and public employees of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front on the occasion of the 92nd anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy expressed his pride in the tradition and especially important role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the struggle for national liberation and unification in the past and in the current national renovation; in participating in creating and developing a variety of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns; contributing ideas to the Party's policies and the State's laws;... thereby making a very important contribution to improving the material and spiritual life of the people and to the development of the country.

On this occasion, Provincial Party Secretary Thai Thanh Quy respectfully thanked comrade Do Van Chien and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for always paying great attention to supporting and helping Nghe An province, including directly directing the provincial Front system.

Comrade Thai Thanh Quy said: The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province has made many innovations in the way of organizing, propagating, and performing tasks; working style, manners, and attitudes; taking the lead in digitizing the work of the Front; launching and effectively implementing patriotic emulation movements and campaigns.

Since then, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province has performed well its role and tasks in gathering, rallying, attracting, and calling on people from all walks of life to contribute to the development of the province; as well as performing well in social security activities, caring for and supporting the poor, supporting natural disaster recovery, and preventing the Covid-19 pandemic.

Over the past 3 years, the provincial Fatherland Front has mobilized and called for a total amount of money and material support of more than 1,006 billion VND. From this result, it has supported the construction and repair of more than 4,190 solidarity houses, given Tet gifts to more than 346,000 households, supported livelihood models for nearly 2,000 poor and near-poor households; supported medical treatment for 7,344 cases; supported 17,572 poor students to go to school and thousands of people affected by natural disasters, epidemics, and frontline forces in the fight against Covid-19.

The provincial National Assembly delegation also regularly receives the support of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in meeting voters before and after the session; coordinating surveys, monitoring, collecting opinions from all walks of life and voters, resolving complaints and denunciations of workers, recommendations and proposals from voters;...

The Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee informed the delegation of Nghe An province about some main contents in the activities of the Front, especially the innovations in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress: The Party leads, the State manages, the People are the masters, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations are the core for the People to be the masters. With the attention and leadership of the Party, the coordination of the National Assembly and the Government, the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to strive to fulfill its mission in firmly consolidating the great national unity bloc to contribute together with the Party and the State to realize the goal of national construction.

On this occasion, the Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front highly appreciated the effectiveness of the activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, thereby expressing his gratitude to the Party Committee and authorities of Nghe An province for always creating favorable conditions to help the Fatherland Front at all levels of Nghe An to successfully complete its tasks./.
