Specifically, for flower sellers, they are only allowed to transport flowers by bicycle, not using other means of transport, because this is a unique and new feature that brings rustic and simple images, while ensuring urban order. When delivering flowers to locations, sellers must park their vehicles neatly on the sidewalk, not allowed to leave them messy on the roadside, obstructing traffic.
For those who buy flowers or take pictures of flowers, it is not allowed to stop and park vehicles on the roadside, causing traffic jams and affecting the urban beauty. Vehicles can be parked at the locations before taking pictures. During the photo shoot, people and photographers are required not to move around in a disorderly manner or spill onto the road, causing insecurity.
