National Assembly delegates meet voters and attend the Great Unity Day in Quynh Luu district

Attending the great solidarity festival with the cadres and people of village 2, Quynh Lam commune were the delegates: Thai Thi An Chung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Hoang Thi Thu Hien - Permanent Vice President of the Women's Union of Nghe An province. Also present were representatives of the district leaders and the Fatherland Front Committee of Quynh Luu district.

The Cultural Village of Hamlet 2, Quynh Lam Commune has a long history, associated with 5 villages of Ngu Bau. Currently, the whole hamlet has 155 households, with a total of 576 people. The total natural area is 30.2 hectares, the total rice growing area for the whole year is 21 hectares; the average yield is 110 quintals/ha/year.

Thanks to the good economic development work, the lives of people in the village have gradually stabilized, the current average income per capita is estimated at 46 million VND/year, an increase of 4 million VND/person/year compared to 2021. The proportion of well-off and rich households is 39.8%, average households is 56.2%, and poor households is 4% according to the new criteria.

Every year, over 87% of households achieve the title of Cultural Family. Maintain the movement of civilized residential areas and develop the commune's key points.

In 2022, with the support of superiors, the cooperation and unanimous contributions of the people, the hamlet built works, completed 100% of the concrete hardening of the inner-village roads, renovated the hamlet's cultural house, and built 2 volleyball courts with a total value of more than 1 billion VND.

More than 30 households also donated land, dismantled surrounding walls, contributed labor days to open roads, and built new rural areas. In 2022, the people of village 2 built a new flag road with a length of 400m, with a total value of more than 15 million VND to participate in the "Model Road" Contest launched by the district and commune.

Voters of village 2, Quynh Lam commune expressed their excitement at the results.4th session, 15th National Assemblyachieved. From those results, the Party Committee, government, and people of Quynh Lam commune in general and village 2 in particular are directed to unite more, carry out well the movements, campaigns, and political tasks of the locality.
