(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of November 19, at the Hematology - Blood Transfusion Center of Nghe An province, the Provincial Business Delegation organized a voluntary blood donation festival and gave gifts to dialysis patients in difficult circumstances at Vinh University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital.
