The Inspection Committee of the Party Committee of the Hoa Binh Provincial Police determined that Party Cell VII of the Traffic Police Department's grassroots Party Committee, term 2020-2022, violated working regulations, the principle of democratic centralism, and loosened leadership and supervision, allowing many Party members to violate while performing assigned tasks.

Assessing that these violations "caused serious consequences", the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Commission decided to issue a disciplinary warning to Party Cell VII and reprimand two former Secretaries of Party Cell VII for the 2020-2025 term.
In addition, the Provincial Police Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reprimanded 5 people and warned 7 people from the Traffic Police Department and requested administrative sanctions against these people.
