(Baonghean.vn) - On the evening of November 30th, in Con Cuong district, the Population and Family Planning Sub-Department organized a population communication exchange program with the theme "Returning to Tra Lan region".

Over the years, media exchange programs have truly become a meaningful annual activity for population workers and local people. The program serves as a bridge connecting population workers, allowing them to meet, exchange experiences, and encourage each other to perform their assigned tasks well.

The communication program also provides an opportunity for the entire sector to move towards practical commitments and actions in the fields of population, reproductive health care, family planning, and "Improving the quality of the population for rapid and sustainable national development."

At the "Returning to Tra Lan Region" program, population workers presented many meaningful cultural performances and skits addressing various aspects of current population work. Some performances showcased the rich cultural identity of the ethnic groups, highlighting the beauty of the people and homeland of Nghe An province.

In his opening remarks, Mr. Nguyen Ba Tan, Head of the Population and Family Planning Department, acknowledged the efforts of the entire population sector over the past year. He noted that thanks to the attention of Party committees, government agencies, departments, and organizations at all levels, and the tireless efforts of population workers at all levels, population work in Nghe An has seen many positive changes and achieved significant results.

The leaders of the Population sector also acknowledged and expressed their sincere gratitude for the contributions of the population staff – those who tirelessly work every day, "going from street to street, knocking on every door, and identifying every individual" for the happiness of each family and the sustainable development of society.

Through this, we also hope that the entire sector will continue to make even greater efforts to successfully complete the assigned tasks, contributing to stabilizing the population size, improving its quality, and building a workforce that meets the requirements of the industrialization and modernization of our homeland and country.
