Strengthening propaganda to ensure political security, creating an environment for socio-economic development

Cluster 2 includes 9 districts, town committees, and affiliated party committees: Que Phong, Quy Chau, Quy Hop, Thai Hoa, Hoang Mai, Nghia Dan, Quynh Luu, the Provincial Military Command, and the Provincial Border Guard Command.

In 2022, the Propaganda Department of the district and town Party Committees, and the propaganda department of the Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee in the cluster closely followed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the direction of the Party Committees and the actual situation of the localities to well perform the assigned political tasks. In particular, actively advising the Party Committees to organize the study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the 4th Central Resolution, the 5th Central Resolution, the 13th tenure and the Party's directives and resolutions.

At the same time, proactively grasp the ideological situation, mood, and public opinion among cadres, party members, and people to advise the Party Committee to direct and orient ideological work, remove difficulties and obstacles; monitor and handle issues reported by the press; fight against false, hostile arguments, bad and toxic information on social networks; do not let hot spots, complications, and highlights occur and do not let bad guys take advantage of them to sabotage. In addition, the work of science and education, political theory, and Party history is directed and implemented; cultural and artistic activities closely follow holidays and political events of the country and locality.

At the conference, delegates discussed and exchanged such as: the regime for the team of reporters and propagandists is still inadequate, requesting competent authorities to study and amend it to suit the reality; the organization and implementation of Project 06 of the Government on developing applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030 in mountainous districts is facing many difficulties, because many villages and hamlets do not have electricity, do not have telephone signal and the rate of smartphone usage is still low; studying resolutions through online form has many advantages such as being fast, having many participants and reducing time, but there are limitations due to the long study time not being suitable for grassroots party members and self-employed people, some localities do not have telecommunications infrastructure to the commune level...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department highly appreciated the efforts, positivity and proactiveness in the work of the Propaganda Departments of the district and town Party Committees, the Propaganda Departments of the affiliated Party Committees in cluster 2. Deploying the tasks of 2023, he requested the Propaganda Departments of the district and town Party Committees, the Propaganda Departments of the Party Committees in the cluster to strengthen propaganda to ensure political and ideological security, create a favorable environment for socio-economic development, especially the implementation of key programs and projects in the coming time in localities and units in the province, especially in coastal, mountainous and border areas; promote cyberspace propaganda; study and implement plans to organize learning, disseminate and implement resolutions of the Central and the province.

Strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in propaganda work; focus on improving the quality of oral propaganda work by compiling concise, easy-to-understand propaganda documents suitable for each target group; develop a propaganda coordination regulation between the propaganda department and organizations and unions; promptly grasp the ideological situation and public opinion among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in the province. Closely follow and well perform the tasks of 2023 developed by the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. Link the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW with the effective implementation of Resolution 4 of the Central Committee (term XIII) on Party building and rectification and the political system.

Before the conference, delegates visited a number of economic models in Thai Hoa town with high economic efficiency./.
