2022 is coming to an end, and 2023 promises many new car models to be launched. Below are some great cars that customers might consider buying in 2023.
Ford Mustang
The Ford Mustang is perhaps one of the most anticipated cars of 2023, not only because of the new "Dark Horse" version, but also because Ford assured enthusiasts that the V8 engine and manual transmission will remain relevant indefinitely.

The S650 Mustang will have either a 2.3-liter turbocharged i4 engine or a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 engine paired with a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission – the same as the current model.
Toyota Crown
In the first half of the year, Toyota introduced a new series of Crown models that truly excited car enthusiasts. The first model is currently undergoing road testing.

The Crown crossover will be the first model to launch, followed by the Crown Sedan, Crown Sport, and Crown Estate. All models will feature a four-cylinder hybrid powertrain, with the most powerful producing an impressive 340 horsepower thanks to its 2.4-liter turbocharged engine.
Mazda 6
The Mazda 6 is one of the most important models for the Japanese manufacturer, and the 2023 version will be an entirely new model. According to reports, the upcoming six models will have rear-wheel drive instead of the traditional front-wheel drive.

Another rumor that has emerged is that the Mazda 6 will have a new inline 6-cylinder engine instead of the usual 4-cylinder. It will be based on Mazda's award-winning SkyActiv technology.
Ford Ranger
The new Ford Ranger is a major upgrade over the current model, and the first one has just rolled off the production line in South Africa. The new Ranger will for the first time offer two twin-turbo V6 engine options, replacing the 3.2-liter inline five-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine.

The Ranger also has a high-performance Raptor version, like the top-of-the-line model, which receives the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 engine from the Bronco Raptor, meaning 400 horsepower instead of 210. The Ranger's platform will be shared with the upcoming second-generation V Amarok.
Hyundai Ioniq 6
Recently, Hyundai unveiled the production version of the very impressive Ioniq 6. While it looks a bit more conventional than the stunning concept version, it still manages to attract attention in much the same way the Ioniq 5 did.

The Ioniq 6 will have most of the powertrain options of the 5, including the base 225 hp model and the 320 hp twin-engine setup. The Hyundai Ioniq 6 is expected to have a range of 482 km to 563 km.
