Anh Son is one of the localities that has successfully implemented the transition to electronic invoices according to Decree 123/2020/ND-CP. Therefore, customers and taxpayers find it very convenient and quick to fulfill their obligations to the State. With the active support of tax officials and relevant departments, the transition to electronic invoices in the area reached 100% before April 30, 2022. This has provided timely support for Anh Son to effectively collect state budget revenue in 2022.

Mr. Nguyen Doan Phuc, Deputy Head of the Finance and Planning Department of Anh Son District People's Committee, said: “In 2022, production and business activities in the district began to recover and develop strongly, which is an important foundation for achieving positive results in state budget revenue collection. In 2022, total state budget revenue is estimated at 133 billion 995 million VND, equivalent to 203% of the statutory budget estimate and 120% compared to the same period in 2021. Of which, state budget revenue excluding land use fees is estimated at 58 billion 995 million VND, equivalent to 109% of the statutory budget estimate and 107% compared to the same period in 2021; 100% of tax revenue items were completed and exceeded the statutory budget estimate for 2022. Eight out of twelve revenue items reached and exceeded the same period in 2021, with many items showing an increase compared to the same period, especially industrial and commercial taxes.” "Non-state-owned services; personal income tax; registration fee; land use fee...".

In recent years, Anh Son district has seen many effective investment projects, with key products establishing reputable brands in the market such as cement, tea, refined sugar, glucose syrup, and ready-mix concrete. These products not only drive the development of diverse industries, deep processing, and efficient exploitation of resources, but also contribute significantly to state budget revenue.
With the highly effective development of the industrial production sector, in 2022 this sector achieved a production value of over 2,645 billion VND, an increase of 12% compared to the same period, and the construction industry's production value reached over 1,105 billion VND, also an increase of 12% compared to the same period. Several industrial and handicraft products saw significant increases in 2022, including: refined white sugar reaching 5,017 tons, a 3% increase compared to the same period; liquid glucose reaching 19,038 tons, a 36% increase compared to the same period; cement reaching 570,000 tons, a 0.9% increase compared to the same period; tea reaching 5,350 tons, a 4.9% increase compared to the same period; cassava starch reaching 37,000 tons, a 5.7% increase compared to the same period; and ready-mix concrete reaching 43,000 m³.3, up 13.2% compared to the same period...

The district has also completed investment procedures for medium-term public investment projects for the 2021-2022 period (the total allocated capital plan as of October 31, 2022 is VND 341 billion 355 billion). Particularly in recent times, with the support of various levels of government, sectors, and investors, along with the active involvement of the district, the implementation, completion, or restart of major projects in the area has seen very positive progress, such as: the Dinh Son road project; the Mavin Group's livestock farm; the restart of the MDF factory project in Khai Son commune... In addition, the district has effectively carried out land clearance work, creating favorable conditions for key projects to accelerate progress, including: the Cay Chanh new urban area in Dinh Son commune; real estate projects; the 110KV power line and substation; and rural infrastructure in Hoa Son commune…

Focus will be placed on the progress of projects that have already been approved for investment. The district will actively and proactively coordinate with relevant departments and agencies to complete investment procedures for projects. Creating the most favorable conditions for businesses, organizations, and individuals to develop their business sectors, prioritizing key products such as: cement, cassava starch, liquid glucose, white sugar, tea leaves, ready-mix concrete, leather shoes, garments, export tea, non-fired bricks, aluminum profile production and processing, fertilizer production, etc. Accelerating the completion of infrastructure construction and attracting investment projects to Tri Le Industrial Park and Dinh Son Industrial Cluster. Planning and investing in the formation of 7 industrial clusters (including: 2 industrial clusters in Dinh Son, 2 clusters in Hoa Son and Cam Son, Phuc Son, Linh Son).
