Accordingly, the totalestablishmentThe number of civil servants assigned to state administrative agencies and organizations at provincial and district levels in 2023 is 3,292 people; of which, the payroll in provincial agencies and organizations is 1,717 people; the payroll in district-level agencies is 1,575 people.

The total number of contract workers according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP dated November 17, 2000 of the Government in State administrative agencies, provincial and district-level public service units in 2023 is 265 people.

Compared to the total payroll in 2022, the total payroll of the whole province in 2023 will reduce by 26 payrolls in 15 provincial and district-level units. Including the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Department of Construction, the Office of the Provincial Traffic Safety Committee, the Management Board of Pu Mat National Park and the People's Committees of the districts: Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, Nghia Dan, Nghi Loc, Hung Nguyen, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong and Vinh city.

At the same time, reduce 4 reserve positions and increase the position for the People's Council and People's Committee of Hoang Mai town to reorganize the Department of Home Affairs because the pilot model has been stopped according to Notice No. 16-TB/TW, dated July 7, 2022 of the Politburo and Official Dispatch No. 1368-CT/TU, dated September 16, 2022 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Regarding the number of contract workers according to Decree No. 68/2000/ND-CP in the agencies, the arrangement is equivalent to the 2022 target. However, there are adjustments to increase and decrease in some agencies.

Specifically, reduce 1 quota of the Department of Culture and Sports; reduce 1 quota of the Department of Information and Communications; add 1 quota for the People's Committee of Con Cuong district, from 2 to 3 people and add 1 quota for the People's Committee of Quy Hop district, from 3 to 4 people./.
