(Baonghean.vn) - Hatonet - the first IT community resource connection platform in Vietnam is a project that has just been awarded the Second Prize in the Nghe An Open Innovation Startup Search Competition 2022. The author of the project is Hachinet Takumi - a startup software development enterprise in Nghe An.

Nghe An Newspaper had a conversation with Mr. Quan Van Truong - representative of Hachinet Takumi about project implementation and startup stories of young people today.

Connect and share resources

PV:Hatonet - the first IT community resource connection platform in Vietnam is a technology project and surpassed hundreds of other nominations to win second prize in this year's competition. Were you surprised by this award and what does it mean to you?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:I and all members of the project (Takumi) were very surprised by the scale of the competition and the award this time. We participated with the purpose of having the opportunity to meet and interact with products and businesses in Nghe An. It is also a way to bring products to the market in a prestigious competition of the province. This award is not only of great significance to the Hatonet development team but also marks a new step forward for Takumi Software - Hachinet Groups in Nghe An.

Previously, after receiving an invitation to participate in Techfest from the Nghe An Department of Science and Technology, we decided to register for the competition while the entire development team was working in Hanoi. The team had an urgent meeting to come up with a plan to launch the product in time for the opening day of the competition. The whole team worked very hard day and night to complete the product.

Hatonet is pleased to have received positive feedback from users shortly after its launch. Currently, more than 60 IT companies have registered to join the resource sharing community.

PV:This is a project to connect community IT resources. The project implementation was probably conceived by you when the pain of optimizing human resources in technology companies was facing many difficulties. Why did you choose this topic?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:It is true that we have been thinking about, conceiving and analyzing the market for the project for more than a year. In 2021, when the COVID-19 pandemic is causing many difficulties for businesses, both in finding partners and in production. Therefore, we have taken the first step for the project: Using resources between businesses.

For the pain of lacking partners, both the surplus and shortage crisis for businesses is a constant problem for businesses. Originating from that real pain, we offer a solution to share and connect. Simply put, when software businesses are having a headache finding a solution to the human resource problem, Hatonet was born to help businesses connect and share onsite human resources to optimize the human resources of the IT business community.

PV:What are the difficulties in implementing the project and what do you expect when your project is applied in practice?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:For startups, in our opinion, there will always be difficulties, in one form or another. However, each difficulty will be an experience for each member of our team.

When launching a new product, especially a technology product and a product that has the ability to share the company's personnel information, some IT businesses still have many doubts and still want the product to achieve higher expectations for each business.

Building an IT community of Nghe An people

PV:You were born in 1995 and are still very young. Please share about yourself and your path to information technology?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:I am a student of Thai Hoa High School. In 2013, after graduating from high school, I passed the entrance exam to the University of Natural Sciences - Vietnam National University, Hanoi, majoring in Computer Science and graduated in 2017. For the previous era, I can be considered very young. However, in the field of Information Technology, there are many people younger than me who have been very successful.

After nearly 10 years in the IT industry, I have experienced many positions and fields such as software export, product manufacturing, product deployment and now starting a business with domestic products. I am proud to be one of the Nghe people who are working together to build the country with more foreign currency.

And even more fun, when every day my colleagues and I are working in our hometown Nghe An, together with other businesses in Nghe An, building an information technology community in our home province, becoming an attractive destination for information technology in the North Central region.

PV:Nowadays, the story of startups is being talked about a lot. For you, why did you choose to participate in a startup project? After this project, what plans will you cherish so that your project can develop in the future?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:Personally, I find that innovative startups in the field of information technology are really the key to help Vietnam more easily assert itself in the international arena. The whole society, the government and related departments and sectors are also supporting startups very well and enthusiastically. For example, in the Techfest Nghe An 2022 competition, we were supported, guided and received a lot of attention.

For me, starting a business is contributing to the advancement of society in one aspect, starting an IT business is contributing optimally, helping a group of people in the current digital transformation. We have the slogan "Forever the spirit of starting a business", starting a business is a long-term goal, closely linked to the business.

Perhaps this award is the beginning of the difficulties that a startup will have to overcome. But we will always try to research to have more meaningful products for society, that is both work, passion and common responsibility of our Takumi members.

PV:When it comes to starting a business, there are certainly many difficulties. Did you foresee the challenges you would face? What made you believe in your project and the path you have chosen?

Mr. Quan Van Truong:In my opinion, the biggest difficulty when starting a business is that the human resources are not stable and the quality is not good. Normally, with good candidates, they not only look for suitable jobs but also set strict criteria on treatment policies, working positions, etc. Until we met our brothers with the same goals, with great desire, we gradually overcame the above difficulties and confidently brought out the most useful products for users and contributed to building society, especially in the field of Information Technology.

PV:CThanks for joining the conversation!
