Mr. Chau's family's barn area often has more than 100 pigs, dozens of deer and hundreds of chickens. It is worth mentioning that the farming is organized in a closed process, ensuring hygiene, not causing environmental pollution, and product quality is guaranteed. The breeding pigs are selected from the family's source to raise into meat pigs, so customers can always rest assured and never have to worry about product output.

With decades of experience in livestock farming and regularly updating new knowledge, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chau is respected by people.farmerconsidered a “warehouse of knowledge”. From developing livestock and laundry facilities, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chau and his wife have a fairly large source of income. Every year, after deducting expenses, his family earns a profit of about 250 - 300 million VND, which is the dream of families in rural and mountainous areas. With good economic conditions, Mr. Chau's family has always been exemplary in supporting local movements, especially the movement to build new rural areas.

According to Mr. Le Cong Khanh - Head of the Catholic Solidarity Committee of Thanh Chuong district, Mr. Nguyen Huu Chau is truly aparishionersliving a “good life, good religion”, being a good citizen, a devout Christian. Mr. Chau was the Chairman of the Pastoral Council of Trung Hoa Parish for nearly 15 years, and is now a member of the Pastoral Council of Xuan Hoi Parish.

In this position, Mr. Chau is always thoughtful and careful in assisting priests in performing Mass and organizing important holidays. At the same time, he guides and propagates to parishioners to follow the regulations of the church and the law, worthy of being a bridge between the church and society.
