(Baonghean.vn) - After many days of decoration, Luu My parish, Tru Son commune (Do Luong) has completed a unique 2022 Christmas space, imbued with the character of a craft village.

In recent years, on every occasion of Christmas, Luu My parish has designed a special project to welcome Christmas and decorated the church landscape with the unique beauty of the homeland of "pots". On top of the pine tree is a symbol of a shining flame and a prominent rotating wheel with the words "Remembering the past with gratitude. Looking to the future with enthusiasm". Photo: Huy Thu

Right in front of the parish church is a space decorated with a strong traditional craft village style. The center of this special space is a grotto - a lovely thatched house, above is a manger - the birthplace of the baby Jesus, below is a sheep pen with real sheep. Photo: Huy Thu
The uniqueness of the Christmas decorations in Luu My parish is reflected in the manger made from bamboo, straw, and other familiar, close, and cozy objects. Photo: Huy Thu
The craft village space uses clay pots as the background. To the left of the manger are activities of the traditional clay pot making profession in Tru Son, including miniature scenes such as: molding pots, pot furnaces, carts waiting for pots... Photo: Huy Thu
To the right of the manger is a system of models about the traditional rice paper, banh chung, and banh tet making professions of the ancient Ke Tru land, which the parishioners are currently continuing. Photo: Huy Thu
There are also models that remind visitors of old village memories with familiar images such as wells, stone mortars, drying racks... simple and rustic, but leaving a deep impression on visitors. Photo: Huy Thu
