Review and complete the target of granting outstanding land use right certificates in 2023

In 2022, Nghe An Department of Natural Resources and Environment has completed the set targets and tasks. Along with advising on the promulgation of legal documents, planning, plans and projects, the department has proactively proposed to cut down on a number of administrative procedures, thereby solving difficulties for establishments, individuals and businesses; effectively performing inspection, examination and handling of complaints and denunciations.

Specifically, 20 projects have been implemented; 586 investment approval dossiers have been appraised, 362 dossiers of land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, land use right certificate issuance, 86 dossiers of land recovery and site clearance compensation plans, 149 dossiers of appraisal of conditions for transferring housing projects have been appraised.

Received 2,851/3,068 dossiers of organizations and 288,250/332,227 dossiers of households and individuals registering and granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights, land changes, and secured transactions.

In addition to the above results, the Natural Resources sector found that in 2022 there are still some limitations and shortcomings. That is, illegal mineral exploitation is still recurring in some localities; the work of advising on approving district-level land use planning and plans,granting of certificates of land use rightsnot achieved the set plan; the implementation of some projects is still behind schedule...

At the conference, on the basis of receiving comments and suggestions from departments, localities and explanations from leaders of the Natural Resources sector, comrade Nguyen Van De - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke to acknowledge the efforts and 6 outstanding achievements of the Natural Resources and Environment sector in 2022. At the same time, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also frankly pointed out the limitations and shortcomings of the sector.

Reviewing the group of key tasks and solutions proposed by the sector in 2023, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee suggested that in the coming time, the sector should focus on human resources to review outstanding land projects, direct localities to complete the issuance of outstanding land use right certificates to individual households; strengthen the management of natural resources, minerals and the environment strictly and in accordance with regulations; the province will accept the recommendations of localities and will work with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to resolve them.

On this occasion, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of the province announced and awarded the Second Class Labor Medal to Mr. Vo Van Ngoc - Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment; awarded the Government's Emulation Flag to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for its outstanding achievements in the national emulation movement of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment in 2021.
